Affordable Communications has been in business since 1992 and still going strong. We are located in Calgary and service Calgary and the surrounding areas.
Currently we have 3 telephone technicians to serve the public. Our response time on regular add-ons, moves and changes is about a 2 day turn around. (For larger moves we require more notice) If a whole system went down, The MAXIMUM call out time would be 2 hours. We are confident that it would be in a shorter time frame but we have to allow our tech to finish any project he is in the middle of or at least get that customer to a working stage then proceed to the site.
